Since November 10, he has deposited a total of 179,101 ETH (approximately $645 million) into HTX at an average price of $3,601. So far, Justin Sun still holds 106,905 stETH (worth approximately $372.4 million) and 56,277 eETH (worth approximately $195.8 million), of which 25,000 ETH ($87 million) is being unstaked from Etherfi and may continue to be transferred to HTX in the future.
Justin Sun comes forward to explain
Previously, although on-chain data showed that Justin Sun had been transferring Ether to HTX, he posted on X stating that this action was not aimed at liquidating Ether, but merely a transfer between different wallets. He said in a tweet:
The rumors circulating online that we are liquidating our ETH are false; this is simply a transfer of ETH between different wallets. We remain optimistic about the Ethereum ecosystem in the long term.
However, the community generally does not believe Justin Sun's explanation and expresses that 'Sun's words cannot be trusted, and Sun's actions should be followed up on.'
