First, he suggested implementing a default "off" setting for reserve changes, with any modifications requiring explicit configuration. Second, he suggested establishing a neutral default setting to prevent unintentional reserve adjustments from occurring without deliberate intervention by validators. 🔒
Schwartz also pointed out a unique aspect of the reserve modification: “When the reserve is lowered, every account on the XRPL immediately has more unlocked XRP.” This means that your previously locked XRP may now be “free”! 🎉
