pengu off-market price 0.04, total supply 88.8 billion. 3.5 billion FDV... Where do such high expectations come from?

I looked at APE, and it only has a FDV of 1.5 billion USD. I originally thought pengu would be around 2 billion USD, but it seems that the outdated narrative of NFTs might be just like me, starting high and then dropping.
