Recently, there has been a highly discussed rumor that BlackRock is looking to acquire bn. However, in my opinion, the possibility of such an acquisition is extremely low.

It is important to know that BlackRock's current market capitalization is approximately 150 billion, while the entire equity valuation of the bn system, if BNB is included, is roughly in the range of 150 to 200 billion, even slightly higher than BlackRock's market cap. Therefore, it is basically unlikely that BlackRock could achieve such a “snake swallowing an elephant” type of acquisition.

However, there is a certain possibility that bn would sell a portion of its shares to BlackRock, and from various perspectives, this is quite reasonable. To put it more simply, this situation can be understood as “reaching a strategic partnership and sharing long-term benefits.”
