Binance Holdings Ltd.

Dear Mr. Teng,

I am writing to you as the President of a foundation dedicated to cancer research and as a passionate advocate of innovation in the field of health and cryptography. My intention is to present you with a proposal that I believe can have a significant impact on the global fight against cancer: the TACG (Together Against Cancer Global) cryptocurrency.

The fight against cancer is one of the most important battles of our time. Despite medical advances, millions of people continue to be diagnosed every year, and many of them do not have access to adequate treatments. TACG proposes an innovative solution to finance research, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and palliative care for cancer patients. By leveraging blockchain technology, TACG aims to create a global community committed to eradicating cancer.

TACG will be based on the following pillars: 1.- Transparency and Trust: Using blockchain technology, all transactions will be transparent and verifiable, generating trust between donors and investors.

Incentives and Rewards: Users will be able to earn tokens by participating in health-related activities such as regular medical checkups, blood donations, and sharing anonymous health data for research.

2.- Global Collaboration: Cryptocurrency will enable collaboration between researchers, doctors, patients and organizations around the world, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and resources.

3.- Decentralized Financing: Through a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), the funds raised will be managed democratically, allowing the community to decide on the projects to finance.

I seek your support in listing TACG on Binance and collaborating in building a robust ecosystem that will enable TACG to reach its full potential. We believe that Binance, with its leadership in the cryptocurrency market and commitment to innovation, is the ideal partner to advance this initiative.

I am convinced that TACG can make a significant difference in the fight against cancer, and I look forward to working closely with your team to ensure the success of this project. I appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to the opportunity to discuss this proposal in more detail.

I would like to add that the TACG cryptographic project is duly patented and supported by the Institute of Research Foundation for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation or palliative care of oncological diseases.

Kind regards,

Dr. Jorge Ferrer
