The most critical point in withdrawing funds: how to choose the right merchant
We can only solve the problem of first-hand black market transactions by selecting the right cryptocurrency merchants.
When selling USDT, only look for reputable large merchants; if they don't have tens of thousands of transactions or a 90% success rate, don't even glance at them. However, prices are generally low, but the freeze card rate is relatively low as well.
For large amounts of USDT, find a reliable merchant; the price will be lower. The lower the price, the higher the cost of financial risk control filtering. Try to withdraw everything at once; don't find a bunch of merchants to gamble on probabilities, as this will only increase your chances of card freezing. Also, don’t blindly trust reliable merchants; last year, twelve reliable merchants were exposed.
The most important point is that you must conduct transactions with real-name verification. 90% of first-hand black market issues arise from not properly conducting real-name transactions. Many merchants will claim that their card has a limit today and will transfer money to you using a family member's card, or they will first transfer you a portion and then tell you they have reached their limit before using other cards to transfer to you, etc.
Those people who send you money earn 3 RMB for every USDT, which is extremely shady. The merchant accounts they use are usually registered by someone else, and generally, a merchant account will be closed after three months of use, all profits, and they can also refund the merchant deposit. Be extremely wary of these people.
Apart from the two major exchanges (BN and OK), don’t even look at other withdrawal platforms. Many withdrawal platforms are run by gambling site owners, and the merchants inside have not undergone real-name KYC verification. The funds sent to you are all from illegal gambling and cannot be more dubious. Don't engage in arbitrage either; those who buy USDT at prices that do not match the market price may have issues. Moreover, if something goes wrong, the judge can rule that you were subjectively aware and sentence you accordingly.
What to do after receiving funds
Nothing needs to be done; just use it normally when needed. If there are no issues with the funds, you can do whatever you want. However, if there is a problem, all your actions will be of no effect.
