Evening of November 9:
Life is like rock climbing; although your hands may reach higher, if you don't start from where you stand, it will be difficult to reach the peak.
The market has reached new highs, and there are indeed hidden divergences. Is there really no consideration for a pullback? Regarding this question, I would like to tell everyone that in a trending market, small-level divergences can be ignored; otherwise, if you see divergences every day and keep making impulsive moves, the end result will either be significant losses or just picking up scraps.
A top divergence is a sufficient condition for a pullback, but not a necessary one. After a top divergence, there are generally two possible outcomes: one is that the price actively declines, and if we look at the MACD, it gradually approaches the zero axis; the other outcome is that the price continues to oscillate and consolidate, and the MACD also gradually approaches the zero axis. This kind of movement can resolve the top divergence, and the subsequent movement may become vigorous!
The market changes rapidly; specific operations will be provided by Shipan!
