Bitcoin Falls Below $67,000

- Bitcoin {{BTC}} failed to break above $70,000 on Monday, falling below $67,000.

- Bitcoin is down 2.3% in the past 24 hours, while the CoinDesk 20 Index has lost 1%.

- Ethereum {{ETH}} is also down nearly 1%, while Litecoin {{LTC}}, Polkadot {{DOT}}, and ICP token have all lost 4%-5%.

- Solana {{SOL}} is up 2.4% to $163, but still below its weekend high of $170.

- Mining stocks have also taken a hit, but TeraWulf (WULF) is up 12% on the back of a shift to high-performance computing for AI data centers.

- Rising interest rates in Western economies have also put pressure on the prices of risky assets, including Bitcoin.
