PANews reported on October 16 that according to News1, the NFT project DOSI of Line Next, an NFT subsidiary of Japanese communication giant Line, is facing controversy for allegedly ignoring wash trading activities. On October 10, DOSI was questioned during the AMA session, accusing the project of ignoring the wash trading behavior of several large users in an event designed to reward trading volume. Although it seems reasonable for DOSI to reward high-volume traders, the community has criticized the lack of response to these growing concerns about wash trading. Some investors have posted posts that have detected signs of wash trading, and related reports have continued to increase since last month. In response, LINE NEXT said it has established a system to detect and prevent suspicious transactions.
