Allegedly Hacked, INDODAX Potentially Suffers Losses of Up to IDR 280.9 Billion

INDODAX, one of the largest crypto exchanges in Indonesia, detected a series of suspicious transactions suspected of being hacked. This was first revealed by Web3 security company Cyvers Alerts on their X account.
When the transactions were first detected, an address was reported to hold assets worth around US$14.4 million or equivalent to IDR 222.3 billion which were then exchanged for Ether (ETH).
Shortly after, Cyvers Alerts again detected more than 150 other suspicious transactions. Currently, the total loss due to the hack is estimated to reach US$18.2 million or around IDR 280.9 billion.
