The US SEC is planning to sue venture funds a16z and Union Square Ventures over Uniswap. The information is cited by American media.
These are apparently two of the three venture crypto funds, the preparation of lawsuits against which surfaced last Friday in an insider report from #DLNews.
The news is, first of all, a minus for the#UNItoken. The elections did not extinguish the conflict between the SEC and #Uniswap, the bureaucratic process of persecuting the DEX platform continues.
