Vitalik Buterin criticized the current regulation of digital assets, the main thing:

• Conscientious developers have been driven into a corner.

• Projects with vague promises of potential income remain outside the attention of regulators, while honest and transparent projects are immediately classified as “securities”.

• Buterin called it anarcho-tyranny, when acting honestly becomes risky - against the backdrop of this, the industry attracts less conscientious projects.

• Regulators should pay more attention to projects without a clear long-term strategy than to those that provide a clear justification for their economic value.
