$BTC 🗓🌐 SEC again postpones consideration of applications for Bitcoin ETFs
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended the deadline for reviewing an application to create a Bitcoin ETF by Franklin Templeton, which manages assets worth $1.5 trillion.
The SEC decided to extend the review period until January 1, 2024.
The regulator says it is extending the deadline for reviewing applications to obtain more complete information on issues of market manipulation and joint surveillance agreements.
Bloomberg analysts predict that the probability of Bitcoin ETF approval before January 2024 is 90%.
