Bloomberg confirms its forecast for the launch of spot Ethereum ETFs on July 2.#Bloombergsenior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas wrote a post about this in X:

“Next step: We will see several amended Form S-1s filed today, possibly later this afternoon. The ball is then in the SEC's court to notify issuers of any final changes and effectiveness (called final approval). We are sticking with July 2nd as the launch date for the eth ETF.”

In parallel with this, news appeared that investment giant#Fidelityupdated Form S-1 for the Ethereum spot ETF.  Today is the last day for Ethereum ETF issuers to file amended filings with the SEC.

On Wednesday, June 19, it was reported that Ethereum spot ETF issuers were working to resolve “minor” notices from the US SEC by Friday.#Bitwisewas the first among the other applicants to submit an amended Form S-1 to the SEC. And the Pantera Capital fund is publicly interested in buying shares of the spot Ethereum ETF from Bitwise for $100 million.

#Bitwise, by the way, was the first among issuers to launch advertising for its spot Ethereum ETF. It contrasts Ethereum, which operates 24/7, with traditional finance, which finishes work at 4 pm and does not work on weekends.
