Last night, a friend chatted with me and said that he had lost all his money due to a margin call. Then I asked him if the market was okay and there was no big fluctuation. According to him, the spot market was originally playing well. The ones that were bought did not move, and the ones that were sold immediately flew away. Those who wanted to buy and those who did not buy also flew away.

Because I was anxious, I chased the rise and used leverage. I could accurately chase the high point every time. I started to pull back all the way after entering the market. I just cut my losses and started to pull again. Then I was unwilling to chase and trap. (Here is a bit of a mentality problem) Because of the eagerness, I can't tolerate short-term losses. I just want to make money immediately after buying.

In the end, I simply broke the jar and broke the pot. The operation became more and more frequent, and the multiples became higher and higher. After each cut, I wanted to get back the money faster. Finally, I became more and more anxious. After more than ten days of hard work, I finally lost all my money.

In fact, our small losses are due to operations and market conditions. Big losses may be due to individual extreme market conditions, but extreme market conditions can occur several times a year. The remaining big losses are caused by the eagerness in countless small losses, which leads to confusion in my thinking.

When you feel that you are being too serious, you must stop. At this time, you can try to temporarily leave this circle, look around to divert your attention, or find a quiet place to reflect on yourself.

When you are confused, you must not make any decisions easily. When you drink, you decide that you are not drunk, but you can always make some unreasonable decisions. When you are sober, you will be very curious about why you do this. The confusion of thinking caused by alcohol paralysis and the confusion of thinking caused by the top will make you make wrong decisions.

Especially when it comes to investment and money, you should be more sober. Don't make any decisions easily. Eager to solve the dilemma will be counterproductive. Most troubles and mistakes are caused by decisions made when the mind is not peaceful.

Dealing with various pressures does not depend on how strong you are, but on how relaxed you can be.

It's the same for people and investments. You can be stupid for a while, but you must not be greedy when you are stupid.
