$BTC 💰😱 Darknet shop owner arrested in New York after FBI tracked his crypto transactions
The FBI said it identified the alleged owner of Incognito Market, 23-year-old Rui-Xiang Lin, by tracing cryptocurrency from a drug market on the dark web to a cryptocurrency exchange account allegedly registered in his name.
He was accused of owning, operating and profiting from a $100 million dark web drug market after authorities said they were tracking cryptocurrency transfers that revealed his true identity
The payment method used was $BTC and $MONERO to buy/sell drugs.
