According to Foresight News, CertiK announced on Twitter that its security research team discovered a vulnerability in macOS Sonoma 14.5 that allows applications to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges. Apple has already announced the vulnerability and recommended that users update to the latest version of macOS.
