The ongoing Ripple-SEC lawsuit and the absence of regulatory frameworks for XRP are some of the crucial factors. The grand trial between Ripple and the SEC is scheduled for April 2024. There is already a dedicated Cardano ETF, ticker is AADA.sw Since the crypto world is all abuzz about the Bitcoin ETFs I just want anybody who is interested to know that a dedicated ADA ETF already exists. It's Swiss based and the ticker symbol for it is AADA.sw. It is put out by a company called 21 Shares. Even though it is not a US based ETF I was able to get it thru my broker, Fidelity. I just had to call them and ask for the international desk. I grabbed about $25k worth a few months ago when ADA was about 27 cents so I'm a happy camper so far.
