It's been 7 years in the crypto world, and today I want to share some trading tips with you! I hope this helps you.
Suppose you have 60,000, how should you start with this 60,000?
Remember, this 60,000 must be your pure profit; if you're losing, don’t read on.
Assuming Bitcoin is at 10,000 when you open a position, you set a 10x leverage, using a cross-margin mode, only opening 10% of the position, which is 6,000 as margin.
This is actually equivalent to 1x leverage with a 2% stop-loss.
Did you hit the stop-loss? You only lost 2%, which is 1,200! How do people get liquidated? Even if you truly get liquidated, wouldn't you only lose 6,000? How could you lose everything?
By the way, what if Bitcoin rises to 11,000?
You then open 10% of the total capital again, also setting a 2% stop-loss. Did you hit the stop-loss?
You still made an 8% profit! Risk? Who says the risk is high?
Rolling positions sounds scary?
Let’s rephrase it: it’s called increasing positions with floating profits, which sounds much more pleasant.
You don’t have to maintain 5~10x leverage all the time; 2 to 3 times is sufficient.
The key is to increase positions with floating profits, always maintaining a total position of 2 to 3 times.
Playing with Bitcoin is very safe!
As long as you have patience, time will be your cash machine. Rolling profits can be huge; successfully rolling a few times, making a million is not a dream!
So, don’t roll easily; you need to find opportunities with high certainty. What are high-certainty opportunities?
They are the ones that show sideways consolidation after a sharp drop, testing the bottom multiple times, then breaking upwards.
At this point, the probability of trending is very high!
Want to make 1 million? 100,000 is enough, and this 100,000 can be made risk-free.
You can initially invest 100,000, wait for the opportunity when the crypto market kills retail investors, go in and buy spot to earn a profit of 100,000.
Then use 50,000 of this 100,000 profit to gamble. If you want to make big money, you have to dare to gamble! When good opportunities arise, just roll positions with 2 to 3 times leverage; you can roll out in a few tries.
Lost the bet? If you lose 50,000 profit, reinvest another 50,000; if you exhaust all profits, stop and continue to rely on the 100,000 principal to earn profits.
It sounds simple, but it requires patience, an unimaginable level of patience.
Additionally, I want to remind everyone that the cryptocurrency market is full of uncertainties and challenges, but it also contains potential opportunities. Investors should fully understand the related risks when participating in cryptocurrency investments, remain calm and rational, and respond to market changes with a sound strategy! Make friends widely!
