The most dangerous mindset in a bull market is seeing the token increase and thinking it will continue to rise, leading to chasing the high immediately, believing that the bull market will last indefinitely; yet when the token drops, especially below the cost, one quickly liquidates as if the market has collapsed. The result is often dying from chasing highs and cutting losses, selling just before a rise, leading to repeated turmoil between buying and selling.

It might be better to try adjusting positions; holding lightly could make your emotions more stable. For the profitable portion, one can gradually take profits, but do not fully liquidate, as once you exit, it may be difficult to catch up with the opportunity again.
