MicroStrategy, the publicly traded company that holds the most bitcoins (Bitcoin) globally, announced again on Monday that it has increased its bitcoin holdings. According to the announcement, from November 18 to November 24, 2024, MicroStrategy purchased approximately 55,500 bitcoins for about $5.4 billion in cash, with an average purchase price of approximately $97,862 (including related costs and expenses).
As of November 24, 2024, MicroStrategy and its subsidiaries hold approximately 386,700 bitcoins, with a total purchase cost of about $21.9 billion, and an average purchase price of approximately $56,761 per bitcoin.
