Other news media have yet to announce Trump's victory, but according to data from Edison Research, after winning Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia—three key swing states—and maintaining leads in four other states, Trump seems to be on track for victory.

Kamala Harris did not make a speech to her supporters, who gathered at her alma mater, Howard University. Her campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond briefly addressed the crowd after midnight, stating that Harris would speak publicly on Wednesday and said, "We still have ballots to count."

The Republican Party flipped Democratic seats in West Virginia and Ohio, winning a majority in the U.S. Senate. In the battle for control of the House of Representatives, both parties appear to have no clear advantage, with the Republican Party currently holding a slim majority in the House.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rose by 900 points today, an increase of about 2%. Bitcoin (BTC) soared to a historic high of $75,000, and the dollar index reached its highest level since July 2024.
