Mister Miggles is a meme of a cat named Miggles, which was pinned by Coinbase's official Twitter for 1-2 months. Miggles is considered the mascot of Coinbase, when Coinbase posted about this cat in July, it was pushed up to nearly 120m.

MIGGLES has a fairly thick LP, the volume is always in the top of the Base system. If the Base system is pushed, this cat will likely be pushed hard and soon. The meme on $ETH has run, so maybe Base will make a comeback soon.

The current cap is about 26m, it can be spread to about 30m cap. Note that the volume is moderate, guys.
