- Details of the custodial agreement with Coinbase.
- Risks related to current regulations.
- Mining BTC consumes energy.
- Risk of illegal transactions.
- Bitcoin network hard forks mechanism.
- Data sources and accounting principles when valuing Bitcoin.
This continues to be a positive sign, demonstrating continuous interaction between #SEC and organizations, something that did not exist in the previous review process. Many experts believe that now it is not a matter of if there will be an ETF but when the SEC will approve it.
