The essence of a bull market is that bulls keep attacking the high points ahead, are constantly beaten back, and then continue to attack. In this process, it is always good to maintain a high risk control awareness, but you must be decisive when it is time to charge, and be resolute when it is time to retreat. When there is a divergence between long and short positions, stay put or use a small position to try and stop loss. Whenever the potential risk of a decline is confirmed to not continue to escalate, you can continue to charge.
