According to Odaily Planet Daily, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson responded to concerns about the governance structure of the Cardano Foundation. He emphasized that the foundation has nothing to do with IOHK or Emurgo.
Hoskinson noted that the lack of enthusiasm from foundations to fund projects like Catalyst could hinder the development of the ecosystem and affect future sustainability, especially by providing insufficient incentives for major contributors.
Cardano supporter Rick McCracken questioned IOHK’s transparency and suggested changes to governance. Hoskinson acknowledged that IOHK faced challenges during the bear market but remained focused on ecosystem development.
