According to a poll on Reddit, 55% of Mt․Gox customers who voted do not intend to sell their BTC upon receipt.

This news is now actively spreading across the network to maintain bullish sentiment, although the survey is already more than a week old. But the point is not even that, but the fact that the very presentation of news in the style of “more than half will not sell” is manipulation. Because the survey is clearly not representative. And it does not reflect the mood of the entire group of clients of the crypto exchange hacked in 2014. Only the sentiments among those who voted.

Nevertheless, such data is significant. Because they show that among Mt․Gox clients there is probably a large proportion of those who are not going to pour their BTC, purchased much cheaper than current prices, into a glass.

Of the 467 respondents, 260 are not going to sell bitcoins, 88 will sell 100% of the coins, and the remaining 119 will sell some part.

In more important news regarding Mt․Gox - on the same #Reddit, exchange clients massively complained about attempts to hack their accounts on the platform. Moreover, we are talking not only about attempts to log into accounts, but also about hacking Gmail accounts linked to stock exchange accounts, which should receive compensation.

Users believe that the liquidator could have leaked data and called for strengthening security measures. If there was a massive hack, it could definitely hit the price of #BTC.
