According to ChainCatcher, Arkham monitoring showed that the wallet address marked as "German Government" on the chain transferred out 1,375 BTC again nearly 50 minutes ago, of which 1,000 BTC were transferred to a suspected B2C2 Group address and 375 BTC were transferred to Kraken.
