“ - We have recently discovered instances where certain account features on our platform are being misused or used to gain unfair advantages, such as higher commission rates and higher API limits compared to other users.

- Our platform offers various types of accounts, including sub-accounts, managed sub-accounts and fund manager accounts, which play an important role in various real-world use cases. However, these features can also be used by malicious actors who seek to circumvent our controls to gain or sell access to better commission rates and higher API limits.

- We consider any behavior involving unauthorized access to other users' accounts to be a serious violation of our Terms of Use and KYC/KYB policies.

- We will investigate all potential or suspected cases of misuse and, where necessary, take actions we deem appropriate to address the misuse, which may include, but is not limited to, suspension or termination of the relevant accounts.

- We are also creating a channel for users to report any instances of account abuse they encounter (such as unauthorized sales of account access)... We will provide a reward for any confirmed case of account abuse... The amount of the reward will be determined on a case-by-case basis. case by case... If you would like to report an incident of account misuse, please send an email to misuse-reporting@binance.com"
