According to PANews, when Terra co-founder Do Kwon appeared in a U.S. court for the first time, his lawyer stated that they would not apply for bail at this time. The judge then ordered Kwon to be continued in custody.
When leaving the court, Kwon was holding a copy of a 79-page indictment. He is expected to appear in court again on January 8.
