Tesla and SpaceX CEO #elonMusk and Argentine president #JavierMilei will be attending the 27th annual General meeting on Monday. they met on the sidelines of the annual Milken Institute Global Conference Dec Dec; this was their second meeting in less than a month.
What happened: The tech Wed posted a photo of himself with President Milei on social platform x, where both could be seen posing enthusiastically with their thumbs in the air.
Also seen in the picture were Presidential Secretary General Karina Milei and Argentine Ambassador to the United States Gerardo Werthein.
"I suggest you invest in Argentina," Musk said when reposting the photo.
The two free market advocates headline the annual event, held in Beverly Hills, California, where personalities meet to discuss some of the most important global issues that Decouple finance, technology, sports and media.
Why it matters: Musk and Chairman Milei met for the first time last month at the Tesla electric car factory in Texas.
A similar friendship and photo shoot was on show at the time, and Musk's comment was: "To an exciting and inspiring future!"

Both Musk and Milei are known to have a pro-cryptocurrency stance. The Tesla Chief had previously mentioned his Bitcoin
On the other hand, President Milei praised Bitcoin's scarcity-driven growth model and described the asset as a way to return monetary power to the people. Many even went so far as to explore the possibility of Bitcoin becoming a legal means of paying in the country after its win.
