Well to answer this, lets look at 1s timeframe of BIO, you can see in first second only price directly jumped to 0.8 with low volume.
To understand this, you need to understand how price moves, when a new coin is listed its orderbook is empty, with some or little supply on exchange. So as soon as you press BUY and do a market order, you are going to grab that supply at 0.8 level, the price then decided will be 0.8.
So even the first buyer got it in high price.
