First of all I would like to tell you that taking a position against the market is your first mistake

Taking position against the market makes you mad after watching those blood shed in the position you holding this eventually makes you tense and you just act like a mad guy and open few more position and loose the money
The only suggestion I give you to keep a certain point for every trade if your fine with 10$ take it out and stay happy if you are willing to loose 30$ follow the step 2

step 2
The second is not using stoploss
If you are willing to loose a certain amount use stoploss so that your capital would be safe the stop loss is a saviour for your income
if your don't use stop loss you will eventually loose

Master your emotions
Third is trading while you already lost don't trade vigorously if you lose today wait and have a break and come back with a fresh taughts
