Coins should be taken out of the market and not sold to new investors or new investors should be driven to ruin by manipulation with this coin. I think Binance's arrangement is really great that they burn a small part. But I don't think it's great that they are ensuring that more coins are thrown into the market. The more people hold millions of coins, the more difficult it is to burn the supply because people buy and hold.
