🚨99.99% of all addresses are currently in profit. But what does this actually mean?

According to the "Percentage of Addresses in Profit vs. Loss" metric, every time 100% of addresses have been in profit, this level has lasted a maximum of 2 days. In other words, small corrections tend to happen. So, with Bitcoin breaking the ATH, a few days of correction are expected.

In 2017 and 2020/2021, the percentage of profitable addresses oscillated between 80% and 100% for months. On the other hand, at the peak in late 2021, the metric didn’t even stay at 100% for a single day.

If this percentage declines while BTC remains at high prices, it’s a sign that investors are taking on high-priced exposure, which historically aligns with local tops!
