2. Como tenho poucos recursos para investir, e não posso me dar ao luxo de perder, prefiro os ganhos consistentes. Separo montantes pequenos de $1 a $5 para testar movimentos que eu desconheça os resultados. Frequentemente são com esses investimentos que eu mais aprendo, mas nem sempre funcionam. Assim procuro observar e refletir sobre a experiência, e melhorar na próxima.

4. Ainda que pareça irrelevante, gosto de documentários sobre a história de grandes matemáticos como Aristóteles, Da Vinci, Hipátia, Mileto ou Euclides. Apesar de não ser boa com os cálculos, acho que eles ensinam bastante sobre questões humanas.
5. Procuro melhorar minha qualidade de vida com caminhadas, natação ou mantendo a prática de algum exercício físico.

O que mais eu considero ter contribuído pra isso?
1. Não me permito ficar ansiosa. Coloco minha saúde física e mental em primeiro lugar por questão de princípio, e por necessidade. Prosperidade é pra gerar saúde e riqueza, e não doença, e endividamento.
2. Como tenho poucos recursos para investir, e não posso me dar ao luxo de perder, prefiro os ganhos consistentes. Separo montantes pequenos de $1 a $5 para testar movimentos que eu desconheça os resultados. Frequentemente são com esses investimentos que eu mais aprendo, mas nem sempre funcionam. Assim procuro observar e refletir sobre a experiência, e melhorar na próxima.
Alguém perguntou o que eu tomo?
3. Além de muita água, chás, sucos naturais...também levanto da tela a cada intervalo por hora e meia de atividade pra respirar fundo, oxigenar o cérebro, e melhorar a qualidade cognitiva. Me organizo e me esforço pra manter uma alimentação decente.
