Why BTC could do a healty retracment?

BTC for the last week have been rallying constantly,
For BTC to make new ATH,
It is crucial to do a retrace for the health sector f the bull otherwise a BTC crush or rapid drop could cause shock among investors.
In my opinion we could be in rejection block where we can see clearly price is not breaking the 52,3k barrier and it is getting rejected this early sign of a retrace, based on Wyckoff theory which is about behavior of traders we are in disturbutiom zone which could aignal a reversal for short term to 50k support levels.

This reversal would very important for BTC to make higher as it will create better prices for investors to invest more. Below is attached my TA.

Why the real bull run has not evn began for BTC?

*Firstly we should not expect a huge price movement when halving begins? Reason is time.

*secondly according to data and metrics provided by crypto quant, 75% off all inflow comes from ETFs
Meaning that the average Joe has not started thier investment yet, like your cousins and thier respectfull families. the point i am trying to make is the vast majority has not come yet to the markets we also have to wait for rate cuts and more money easing that is when we will see the real bull run.

*Finally we should also see the crypto halving effect which could take up to 4 months to show effect on the markets that is when we will see prices that could make new millioners.

Despite all metrics showing off a reversal.
The demand outpacing the supply.

People are dumping gold ETFs in favor for BTC.
The inflow of BTC will continue and BTC will eventually become the number one in terms of total market.

It has passed by Berkshire Hatway, Tesla and more to follow. The market cap for Gold is 13T, BTC is just passed 1T, can you imagine a 1T it is 1000 Billion of dollar. Att 2T we would be in 100k🔥.

The inflow will continue and price will keep rising we might have smaller little adjustments along the way.

Why BTC rally continues?

Here is why
The demand is overwhelming. And the supply depleted evey new inflow even in 1 million drives the price higher.

Miners can maximum mine upp to 900 BTC a day.
The demand is almost 12 times meaning there has to be 12000 BTC on the market every day to keep upp.

There is no selling pressure, eveyone is holding thier BTC tight and secure in cold wallets most likely.
Thanks to constant ETF demand we could be in a bullrun of our lives which could end When BTC hits 100k or more.

Remember BTC is regulated now no restrictions from Governments.

The reward for patience and confidence in BTC will reward you heavily, stay away from all other smaller coins for now. Once BTC slow down the smaller coins will pump.

It looks like we gone have ranging market for the short term it might take us a week or two before getting out of this scenario. It also depends on how long ETFs are accumulating. Before we see another big distribution BTC needs to do a healthy retrace to 45-46k support levels. Also we need more good new from Sec regarding ETH, ETF approval.

I think in the next 2 to 3 months we might see biggest rallies from ETH and it is L2s specifically ARB and layer zero. ETH success also depends on the success of thier test network. If it succeeds we could see ETH breaking 3000 levels.

My approach will shift towards ETH from now on till May for sec approval of ETFs

Hopefully we see also a solana ETF as well

Update

Looks like BTC short term bull came to a-halt thanks to FED news.
Short term we would love to see BTC come down to 44k or even 47k would be great. long term still extremely strong 💪.
I did some TA which I think could help you with your investment decision.
Personally i would invest when price come down to 44k-46k levels.

Price gone drop to 45-46k
Reason being Fed and CPI, inflation is down from 3.4 to 3.1. The forecast was 2.9. It means there won’t be alot of money in the markets and investors will have fear to spend.
It is still good for crypto market we could tank for long term and those prices are good for dollar cost averaging.
