Rule number 1: Never fight a trend.
Rule number 2: When markets are bearish stay away from longing alt coins. Because when BTC goes down it takes Alt coins down with it, but Alt coins dont recover to earlier prices when BTC recovers.
Rule number 3: Future trades are for short time periods only, make sure to use stop loss. A bad trade is a bad trade, let stop loss exit you from losing a large amount. It lets you live for another day.
