The trial of CZ has begun!
👾 Founder of Binance, the sentencing hearing is about to begin, CZ has arrived at the courtroom.
👾 The Ministry of Justice requested 3 years in prison, protection - house arrest and probation.
👾 Judge Richard Jones did not agree with the request of the Ministry of Justice to increase the sentence from 18 months to 3 years, since there is no evidence that the defendant knew about illegal activities.
👾 The lawyer of the Ministry of Justice suggested that the court could draw a reasonable conclusion about CZ's awareness of illegal activities, drawing parallels with the previous case in which the judge made similar conclusions.
👾 Judge Jones noted that the legal precedent is unclear, which makes it difficult to develop a final position on the case.
👾 The judge suggests a prison term of 10 to 16 months and release under supervision for 1-3 years. Before making a final decision, he will hear from representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Defense and CZ

📌 In the near future I expect the continuation of movement in this sidewall to growth and removal of the upper liquidity pool in the neighborhood of 40$
📦plan to enter the deal from the current (33-32$).

When the first takeiq is reached, stop loss is set to no loss. Reaching the second takeiq will be 23% of the net movement.
