Dynamics of outflows/inflows of funds into ETF-BTC

Imagine 19 days of net inflow in a row have already been recorded - this is a record and price cant even move over 72000....paradox right?)) So in this case here is institutionals, here is giants of fin markets, here is market makers, here is money inflow! But price doesnt even move at all... imagine what will be if we will see 19 days in a row with OUTFLOW =)
