It's genuinely alarming what might happen next. The current level of leverage and open interest around $BTC's price is deeply concerning (both long and short). Adding to that, it's Friday, and upcoming high-impact news could trigger a perfect storm.

Don't be surprised if we see a sudden $3,000+ move in $BTC within minutes, either just before or shortly after the jobs data release (in either direction). I’m convinced we'll see billions in liquidations on BTC alone by the end of the day, and it could be catastrophic for the entire crypto market.

Unless you're trading spot or with very low leverage, consider taking today off. If you're determined to trade in these conditions, use only 10% of your intended amount and save the rest for another day.

I know, it's dull to read this kind of warning, but today's market conditions are set to obliterate retail traders. I’m not predicting the direction the price will go, just that it could whipsaw and wipe out leveraged positions in minutes before settling into a longer trend.
