Introduction.

The GrooveUp DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization created as a community led operating arm of the GrooveUp Project.

Our mission is to redefine the future of music ownership, publishing, licensing and streaming by utilizing the decentralized power of blockchain technology. We believe that the next phase of digital music publishing and streaming can be made viable for both the content creators (musicians) and content consumers (streamers).

To be at the forefront of this innovation and take a huge step towards a fully decentralized music ecosystem, the GrooveUp team has decided to partner with the community to launch the GrooveUP DAO and the $xGroove LP token.

As part of our ongoing partnership with XDAO, GrooveUp DAO will be utilizing the amazing DAO operating infrastructure built by XDAO crypto project at https://app.xdao to run its day to day operation. The DAO will start with an initial 25 members that will be chosen based on the top 25 $xGroove LP token holders.

The wallet address submitted by our users that makes the top 25 $xGroove holdings will be added to the GrooveUp DAO and allocated governance token or GT. These members will become representatives of the community, have ability to create proposals and votes on matters related to growth and operation of the project.
