Crypto trading volume drop by 43%, while stocks and options go up by 30%

In digital assets, not too much to add as the crypto-purge continues with more US-operating platforms limiting access to their US consumers. Furthermore, operating stats from a broker showed that crypto trading volumes plummeted 43% MoM as the SEC crackdown intensified, even though spot equity and option volumes rose by nearly 30% over that same time frame. On-chain analytics also appear troublesome as overall activity and stablecoin volume continue to crater. Considering the poor outlook, it’s actually quite incredible and encouraging that BTC and ETH are still managing to hold their prices as have against this backdrop. Stay safe out there everyone!
