Blockchain investigator ZachXBT has accused a former Australian pro-Fortnite player, known as 'Serpent', of orchestrating memecoin scams that allegedly swindled $3.5 million. In a detailed thread, ZachXBT linked Serpent to Pump.fun scams using hacked social media accounts. Once expelled from the esports group Overtime for cheating, Serpent is now implicated in various account takeovers, including those of McDonald's and Usher. Allegedly, he gambled the ill-gotten gains online. Following the revelations, Serpent reportedly began deleting his posts. Previously, he claimed to be a cybersecurity analyst and founded a threat mitigation system called Sentinel.
