🔎 Market maker DWFLabs received a new token to his wallet
7 hours ago DWF received 126 million LBL from several addresses ($264k at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction). At this moment, the token attracted our attention.
LABEL Foundation is a Web3 music platform for musicians and content creators. There is no feeling yet that the NFT and Web3 narrative for artists is returning to the market. But we took LBL under close surveillance and here’s why 👇
👀 Back in April, LBL received an investment of $1 million from DWF. The market capitalization of the project at the moment is only $5 million. For comparison, the closest competitor AUDIO has a capitalization of now $220 million. LBL is traded on HTX, Bithumb, Gateio and on Pancake to BUSD... There was no listing on Binance, there is no futures pair.
From June to November we see accumulation on the chart. And although the token price has increased by +70% over the last day, there is good potential for further growth.

Today the first BITCOIN-ETF applications WILL BE ACCEPTED/REJECTED, what is known?
January 10 is the deadline for making a decision on the application for spot ETF from ArkInvest and 21 Shares.
This application was submitted earlier than the others, on May 15, 2023. 240 days have passed. It can no longer be carried forward. Accordingly, either acceptance or refusal.
If denied, the SEC will have to change its grounds. The “high level of market manipulation” as a reason, following a ruling in Grayscale's favor, will be a basis for a lawsuit against the SEC with a high probability of victory for the plaintiff.
ArkInvest managed to file a new amended form as required by the SEC (S-1) by December 29. And this can no longer be a basis for the SEC’s refusal.
However, it was Cathie Wood who stated many times that all spot ETFs would be accepted at or near the same time.

I still think that the main application is from BlackRock, and it will be considered only in March 2024?
