Der Prozess gegen CZ hat begonnen!

👾 Gründer von Binance, die Urteilsverkündung beginnt bald, CZ ist im Gerichtssaal eingetroffen.

👾 Das Justizministerium beantragte 3 Jahre Gefängnis, Schutz – Hausarrest und Bewährung.

👾 Richter Richard Jones stimmte dem Antrag des Justizministeriums, die Strafe von 18 Monaten auf 3 Jahre zu erhöhen, nicht zu, da es keine Beweise dafür gibt, dass der Angeklagte von illegalen Aktivitäten wusste.

👾 Der Anwalt des Justizministeriums schlug vor, dass das Gericht eine vernünftige Schlussfolgerung über CZs Kenntnis von illegalen Aktivitäten ziehen könnte, und zog Parallelen zum vorherigen Fall, in dem der Richter zu ähnlichen Schlussfolgerungen kam.

👾 Richter Jones stellte fest, dass der Präzedenzfall unklar sei, was es schwierig mache, eine endgültige Position zu dem Fall zu entwickeln.

👾 Der Richter schlägt eine Gefängnisstrafe von 10 bis 16 Monaten und eine Freilassung unter Aufsicht für 1-3 Jahre vor. Bevor er eine endgültige Entscheidung trifft, wird er Vertreter des Justiz- und Verteidigungsministeriums sowie der Tschechischen Republik anhören.
