📉🔍Recent Price Movement As discussed in last week's analysis, we observed a strong reaction to the marked Order Block (OB). The price retraced back into the Fair Value Gap (FVG) or inefficiency and continued to move lower.
📊📉Expectations for Price Decline Our overall bias remains bearish. We anticipate a downward movement in price to sweep the previous day's low (PDL), reacting to the sell-side liquidity (SSL) and the marked Fair Value Gap (FVG). After this scenario plays out, we expect the price to move higher.
🚀📈Alternative Bullish Scenario However, if we instead see a bullish move towards the previous day's high (PDH), we need to look for confirmation on a lower time frame. Specifically, we should watch for a sweep of low resistance sell-side liquidity followed by an aggressive Market Structure Shift (MSS). If this displacement is accompanied by the MSS, we can conclude that the bias has shifted to bullish.
