可以分成幾個面向來討論。
A.手續費或是管理費用
這裡以加密貨幣交易所較為有優勢，以幣安為例，現貨手續費為0.1%，加上還有BNB折抵及推薦碼折抵可以省更多!
而比特幣現貨ETF則有較為高昂的管理費用，目前通過的11檔ETF，最高為1.5%，最低則為0.2%。
B.監管
比特幣現貨ETF主要受到SEC美國證券委員會監管，若習慣美股模式的夥伴可以輕易瞭解。
對於新興的加密貨幣產業交易所來說，各國監管力度會隨著政策和環境不停的改變，可能充滿未知數。
C.交易便利性
