Golden Finance reported that Tom Lee, managing partner of Fundstrat Global Advisors, said that the approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF could cause the price of Bitcoin to increase more than fivefold from current levels. He said: “I think the demand for Bitcoin will be greater than the daily supply, so the price will exceed $150,000 and may even reach $180,000.” The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is currently reviewing a number of spot BTC ETF applications, including one from traditional financial giant BlackRock. Last week, the agency delayed a decision on Cathie Wood's ARK21 application.
