Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon will appeal a court decision that extended his detention by up to 30 days after being arrested in Montenegro for trying to use forged documents, Cointelegraph reported. Montenegrin authorities usually provide for up to 72 hours of detention, but the court found that Do Kwon was an unidentified foreigner and a 30-day extension to his detention was granted after prosecutors highlighted the likelihood of an escape.
